Avoiceo is a management platform built to sit between Alexa and AWS. Using the existing Amazon skills we allow your guests to ask the hotel specific questions and provide them with tailored responses.
Avoiceo was developed by our co-founders, born out of travelling the world and having the luxury of staying in many hotels, experiencing great, good, bad and ugly customer service. Having almost 20 years experience in the corporate events industry, Avoiceo was a simple idea, thought up on one of those occasions where the service received wasn’t the best. Wouldn’t it be great if you could just ask the hotel a question without having to speak to someone or lift your head off the pillow?
Following a year of development and investment, that simple idea became a reality and Avoiceo was launched. Working with Alexa and AWS, the Avoiceo software gives hotels the chance to increase guest engagement, decrease operating costs and provide opportunities to increase revenues.
Even now, every time we do a demo at a hotel and ask the question ‘Alexa, Ask the Hotel, What time is Checkout?’ It still makes us smile.
